Calculation method and assumptions
- Monthly rental: Fixed based on contract term selected. Includes printer use, Y1-Y3 full maintenance, toner, parts, on-site service, and SLA response time.
- Deposit: HK$ 15,000 paid at contract signing, fully refunded within 30 days of contract completion (subject to all contractual obligations being met).
- Print-on-Demand rates: HK$ 0.06/page black-and-white, HK$ 0.60/page colour. Billed monthly based on actual page count.
- Print cost calculation:
(volume × colourPct% × HK$0.60) + (volume × (1 − colourPct%) × HK$0.06) × term months - No free pages: All pages are charged at the per-page rate. LSHK does not bundle free pages in the standard MPS plan.
- Outright purchase alternative: HK$ 28,000 (special promotional price; list price HK$ 58,000). No deposit required. Customer provides own toner and service.
- Quote validity: 30 days from issue date. LSHK reserves the right to revise pricing based on actual configuration, finishing options, and site survey.
