  • Compatibility (e.g., printer model/region) is your responsibility. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

4. Pricing & payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without notice; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payment is processed by our payment service providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or pricing/stock errors.

5. Order acceptance

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and/or when the order is dispatched (depending on process). We may contact you for additional information to complete the order.

6. Delivery & shipping

  • Delivery times shown are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
  • Please ensure shipping details are accurate. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or address changes after dispatch.
  • For certain items, shipping restrictions may apply based on location and carrier requirements.

7. Returns, exchanges & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy (if published) and applicable laws. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with order details and photos where applicable.

  • Consumables (e.g., toner/ink) may be non-returnable once opened unless defective, subject to assessment.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
  • Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or where the return is due to our error.

8. Warranty & DOA

Manufacturer warranties (if any) apply according to the manufacturer’s terms. For items that are dead-on-arrival (“DOA”), please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may require photos, serial numbers, or diagnostics to verify issues.

9. Printer monthly plans / subscriptions (if applicable)

If you subscribe to a monthly plan or service, additional plan terms (including billing cycle, minimum term, fair usage, maintenance, and cancellation rules) may apply and will be presented at sign-up or in your service agreement.

10. Promotions & coupon codes

  • Promotions and coupon codes are subject to stated conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
  • Coupons may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Abuse of promotions may result in cancellation of the order or suspension of the account.
